We offer a broad selection of customized, tax-managed separate accounts. All Active index strategies seek to track a targeted index on a pre-tax basis and outperform it on an after-tax basis, while delivering customization and tax management at the individual account level.

	Active S&P SmallCap 600^{® 3} Strategy Seeks to provide a pretax return similar to the S&P 600^® Index by investing in a subset of securities within the index.		Small Cap U.S. Equity

	Active S&P Composite 1500^® Index⁴ Strategy Seeks broad proportional market exposure to all capitalization segments of the U.S. equity market by investing in a portfolio of stocks and exchange-traded funds. The large-cap portion of the strategy invests in a subset of securities from within the S&P 500^® Index. The mid- and small-cap portions of the portfolio invest in ETFs representing the S&P MidCap 400^® and S&P SmallCap 600^® indexes, respectively.		All Cap U.S. Core Equity

	Active S&P ADR Index⁵ Strategy Seeks broad international equity exposure through the use of U.S.-listed American Depositary Receipts, without the costs and complexity of buying local shares. This strategy invests in a subset of securities from within the index.		International Equity

	Active S&P Global⁶ Strategy Seeks broad market exposure to the U.S. and international equity markets through the use of U.S. stocks and U.S.-listed American Depositary Receipts. This strategy invests in a subset of securities from within the S&P 500^® and S&P ADR^® indexes.		Global Equity

¹ S&P 500^® is an unmanaged index, composed of 500 widely-held common stocks, that is generally considered representative of the US stock market.

² S&P MidCap 400^® is an unmanaged index, composed of 400 stocks, that is generally considered representative of mid-sized US companies.

³ S&P SmallCap 600^® is an unmanaged index, composed of 600 stocks, that is generally considered representative of small-sized US companies.

⁴ S&P Composite 1500 Index is an investable U.S. equity benchmark, the S&P Composite 1500 combines three leading indices, the S&P 500^®, the S&P MidCap 400, and the S&P SmallCap 600 to cover approximately 90% of the U.S. market capitalization. It is designed for investors seeking to replicate the performance of the U.S. equity market or benchmark against a representative universe of tradable stocks.

⁵ S&P ADR Index is an unmanaged index consisting of those international companies within the S&P Global 1200 Index that offer ADRs, global shares, or US-listed shares of Canadian securities.

⁶ S&P Global 1200 is an unmanaged index of global stocks which covers roughly 30 countries and approximately 70% of global market capitalization.
